We will be going to a new Utility Billing Software starting January 1.

This company is trying to get all of our current features in place for us but it will not all happen by January 1.

• In the Month of January we will have no way to process a payment by Debit or Credit card.

• All accounts will have to be paid by Cash or check in the month of January.

• Those accounts that were previously set up with an auto draft, we believe we will still be able to draft their payments. If for some reason we can not we will contact you.

We are trying to give everyone lots of warning and are asking for patience as we make this change over. We will also try to work with everyone the best that we can through this change.
